Herbert Paul Brooks Jr. (August 5, 1937- August 11, 2003) was an American ice hockey player and coach. His most notable achievement came in 1980 as head coach of the gold medal-winning U.S. Olympic hockey team at Lake Placid.
A portion of the sales of this official Herb Brooks Licensed Products goes to the Herb Brooks Foundation. Its goal is to grow the game of ice hockey for underprivileged kids in Herb's home state of Minnesota.
The Herb Brooks Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to growing the game through the teachings of Herb Brooks.
